The spacious open plan lounge off the kitchen and dining room is an enjoyable space for holiday makers. The second lounge can be used as a quite space or a media room offering a large flat screen TV and free high speed internet.
Large double glazed doors open up from the both the living room and kitchen to a sunny outdoor barbeque/dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, crockery, cutlery and cookware.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom downstairs is of a generous size and has a queen bed. The loft room has a double bed. There is a bunk room offering four single beds. This property sleeps up to 8 Guests comfortably.
As well as the master ensuite there is a main bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet and Laundry.
The wood fire warms the house beautifully in winter so you will not feel the cold in this house.
There is a second lounge/media room and a rear deck with a spa.

We have been hosting a few properties around NZ for the last five years and are grateful for this opportunity to meet people from all parts of the world and within New Zealand.
We enjoy providing a relaxing stay for our guests and take good care of preparing the property prior to the guests’ arrival.
We try to accommodate later check outs when it is possible.
We also like to let you know about the special walks and things to see and do around Wanaka. Please just let us know your interests and what you might like to do on your holiday in our township and surrounding areas.
There is a beautiful private garden with a Creek flowing through the rear of the property boundary.
The garden offers many seasonal changes and there is always something different plant or bush in bloom.
Throughout the months of February and March, our fruit trees are offering a plentiful harvest of nectarines, plums, apples, pears and figs.
This summer we had apricots and we should be enjoying white grapes in the upcoming month. You are welcome to help yourself to the organic fruit and the herbs on the garden.
During the Spring and Summer of 2020 we would like to make our guests stay more memorable by hosting a Wanaka Experience. We will come up with a package after the winter of 2020 an make a selection of activities available for you to choose from.
Our hobbies include travelling to Great Barrier Island, walking the Tracks of Wanaka with our two Jack Russell dogs, visiting beaches of NZ, photography and collecting shells.
